@XfinityElizabethA​ I have two Xfinity accounts. One account is for my current residence and is active. The other account is the account I had at my previous home. I want to start a pre-paid internet account at this home while it while it is vacant. After spending over 5 hours trying to activate the the prepaid account I was finally told I had to close the inactive account before I could start a new prepaid account. I tried using direct messaging but never heard back from anyone.
