Clanker making it impossible to get good customer service
I am simply trying to do what I've done in the past hundreds of times and contact and agent and/or a live human being to request a technician to our local area because it's been far too long that our internet has been out with the time it'll be to fix it constantly changing, on top of that, my bill is constantly changing in price and getting higher for no valid reason but I am unable to get ahold of a normal human. The brain dead clanker this company uses to """""""generate replies"""""""" is worse than lfm2.5 local, borderline useless.

Once a month this occurs and its completely baffling that I have to find any which way that isn't just our given direct contact lines to request a tech to our area. I have to cancel bait the agent, now that doesnt work because this greedy company realized "shoot, our customers are getting support they pay for" and when outages occur, they simply tell you "well, shove it!" As if the reasons we'd need to make contact cannot be more than the outages themselves. I have 2 major issues, I pay a large chunk of money monthly to use these services. I am tired of battling during the most necessary support times to get into contact with anyone at all. This is beyond ridiculous and im baffled by how abysmal this community service is. The humans are always great, the clanker is beyond worthless. It's not a proper LLM, its a two answer state machine without the ability to comprehend its own selection.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
