Claim Status

I see my claim is being reviewed but its been in this status for 3 weeks now.  This needs to be resolved ASAP.  

FYI: Modem box came infested with mating Carpenter ants (thousands) and flew all around my house. had to get an exterminator a year contract with them to ensure nothing comes back. they expect a reoccurance every 3 months as carpenter ants are very hard to get rid of.
