Claim help

I need to file a claim for phone number [Edited: "Personal Information"]. It has a pixel line going thru the middle of the screen. There is no physic damage to the phone and it has never come in contact with water.

  1. **Online**: Visit fastclaim.com/xfinitymobile, select "File or Track a Claim," and enter your phone number.
  2. **By Phone**: Call 1-855-884-9771 to speak with an Assurant Care Specialist.
  3. **Xfinity App**: Open the app, sign in, navigate to "Mobile lines and data usage," select the impacted device, and submit a claim.
  4. **Xfinity Mobile Care by Assurant App**: Download the app and file a claim 24/7.

I have filed a claim due to a device that I ordered not being delivered by Fedex.  I have contacted Xfinity several times, it has been 1 month since I filed the claim and I have no answer - what now?
