Claim from Phoenix Loss Control

I have received a bill for over 6500.00 from Phoenix Loss Control on behalf of Comcast for a poorly buried cable on the right of way of my property that was damaged by a landscaping company, of which Phoenix Loss Control has all the references. The company says that since these people do not answer their calls, the property owner should pay them. I have not yet received any direct communication from Comcast regarding this matter, nor do I know where to call or go to clarify this matter. Can someone provide me with a number or office where I can go? I am still fighting to get Comcast to bury other exposed cables in my property.

Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
