Chronic Daily Outages Since Jan 1st - OSP/Maintenance Required

I have been experiencing many daily outages so far this year. We are nearly three months into 2026 and my service remains unstable. A home technician has already cleared my inside wiring, and support agents have confirmed an outside line issue, but it has not been fixed. I am also being blocked from receiving further billing credits automatically. I need an official employee to help me open an OSP ticket and manually review my billing for all of 2026."
