Chose Self Installation Process

Hi,

I am transferring my Xfinity internet service from one apartment to another within the same city 20 mins away. I opted for the free self-installation option but i have no idea what to do nor can i reach a customer support agent. Can you please guide me through the process and what exactly do i need to do? I just have a Xfinity modem at my current apartment. The service will transferred on 09/14/2025.
