"Choose a plan" location selector thinks I need to enter a Unit Number but won't accept any value

I'm trying to determine what plans are available to me at my new address. The location selector recognizes my address, but insists that I enter a "Unit Number" for what is a single house with no units. I tried leaving the field blank, as well as entering various bogus values like "1" or "A", but it won't accept any of them. What can I do about this?

Hi there. Sorry to hear about the with finding your new address. We can help! We typically just need to open a request for this, to have the correct address added to our system. Are you currently a customer of ours? How soon are you looking to move and are you wanting to keep your service pretty similar to what it is now?
