Children at the call center

I called customer service and was hung up on due to the lady having her child yelling in background.  This was rude and very unprofessional. Something that should of taken 20 minutes ended up taken a hour. I had to call back and repeat the process again, identity myself and explain my problem.  When you are at work your kids are not supposed to be there. I looking at swaping service to frontier now that they have 2000mbps for around $80/mo. I am also a veteran who had metal plates put in my head so talking on cell phones causes me headaches as to why i don't use them very much. I know calls are recorded it is 10:34am now that call was at 9:30ish am. Why xfinity allows children at call centers is very unprofessional. There needs to be a number ypu can call for issues like this.
