Checking repair ticket status

Hi, past saturday I received a technician at my home because I've been having internet intermitent connectivity for more than three weeks. 

He found out that the problem was coming out from the small tower (that is in fact in my backyard) that gives internet to the houses on my area.

After founding out where the problem is coming from, he opened a ticket and told me I would be receiving a technician to change it or fix it in three to five days, but I haven't had any news from Xfinity and I would like how to reveiw the ticket status.

It's been almost a week and I work from home, so this issue it's starting to impact my job.
