Checking on Ticket status

I am a current Xfinity internet customer. I recently moved but was unable to find my address when attempting to transfer my services. It is a new construction so I assume there may be some steps that have to be done in order to gain access. However I live in a townhouse and my neighbors that live no further than 30 yard away from my duplex have service.

To check the status of the ticket to get your new address added to our system please send me a Peer to peer message with your full name and address. 

 

To send a "Peer to peer" message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
