checking on the status of a work order

How do i check the status of a work order that was placed days ago. I have not received any contact from comcast regarding my issue of a low hanging wire.

Hello @Spd333 Thank you so much for reaching out to us on our Xfinity forums for help with the pending order for the low wire. You are with the right team for help. Depending on the wire, if it's causing service issues, or creating a hazard different orders may have been placed. Please allow me to dig into it for us and make sure we have the line raised or replaced. 

Please send us a direct message with your name and service address. From there I can check on the orders and make any changes needed to make sure we have this fixed.

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
