Checking if Enhanced Upload Speeds are Available

Hello, 

I would like to know if enhanced upload speeds are available at my address or how I can go about confirming that.
It's a similar question to https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/customer-service/66f30cbfa6879c6c7ca86ffd
I currently use my own modem, which is on the compatible device list as a recommended device.
I cannot recall whether I've received any messages from xfinity regarding the matter.

Any clarification on the matter would be appreciated.
