Check ticket status

How do I check the status of a ticket that has been pending for the last couple of weeks? It drives me crazy whenever I have to call or chat online for this and repeat the same information over and over, only to wait more than 30 minutes without receiving any helpful answers.

Can anyone here from Xfinity help me with this matter?
