Check ticket status - Service at new construction

I have been trying to follow up on a ticket I opened up with Comcast a little bit ago. I built my new house a while back and I first was quoted over $30k to run service to my house. This was a few years ago and there have been more houses built around so was following back up on getting service. According to FCC website it says I have Comcast at my address but Comcast said I can’t get service. The ticket number I was given is [Edited: "Personal Information"] and I’ve been trying to follow up on it but can’t get any answers. Can anyone help?
