check the balance on digital prepaid card

My card keeps being declined so I want to check the balance. It is a digital card so apparently I can't check it at this website https://xfinity.myprepaidcenter.com/my-cards even after logging in. The error states that if it was a digital card I need to use the link in the original email.

I do not have that email. Tell me there is another way.
