Check order by confirmation code

I placed an order yesterday for a camera add on for my self monitoring system and I got a confirmation code but received no email confirming my order and there is nothing on my account about my order. How can I see if it went through?

I did what was asked with my name and address.  Did my order go through?

Unfortunately, we are not able to view the account or provide that information until the account is fully verified. The order can take up to 48 hours to be visible online.
