Check my buried and exposed cable lines

2 cable lines are exposed on side yard. I want to either re-bury them or remove one or both of them if not active. Can someone with knowledge come have a look?

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to our Xfinity community forum @user_3imuo5! We can certainly help get those lines taken care of. It is common for older, inactive lines to remain after a service upgrade, or for active lines to become exposed over time due to weather and soil erosion.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
