Since 7/2020....I was a former employee. Today was my last day. Since 6/29/20 I have placed numerous request to have the low hanging drop in backyard raised. I have had several techs and bucket trucks come out but on every trip nothing is completed. The tech looks at lines, takes notes take pictures then gets back in car and leave. On 9/2 there were 4 trucks with a total of six people who convened in my front yard but nothing was still done and they had two bucket trucks. Before that a person showed up with a drill, on a Saturday, to bury cable but no one ever came out to mark the yard. Each work order is cancelled and nothing rescheduled. Overall , I understand both sides as employee and customer of a memorable experience. I have made several requests and none have been answered. My next steps are to the investigator news and social media to get a resolution. Thank you.

If you are wanting to have the line buried you will need to call to have your yard marked; that's not something Comcast does. This may be the reason why no one has done anything yet.
