Check gigabit pro x10 availability

I would to check if gigabit pro X10 is available at my service address. I am unsure how to proceed as I can’t seem to find the direct messaging button to send my information to support to have them check.

Hello, user_roylq0 thank you for taking time out of your day to create a post. The way the forums work is you will make sure you're signed in, and create a post like you did here, then wait for a Xfinity employee to ask to send the direct message. I can definitely help with getting a ticket open for our Gig x10 experts to check on availability.

Click "Sign In" if necessary

 

• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble  

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address.
