Chatbot in endless loop of not being able to help / address my issue. Need better ways to access agents via chats, email, etc.
I have a couple of issues I need help with.
First, I recently received a modem I didn't order and I'd like to arrange a return and confirm I won't be charged for it. I've tried to reach a live agent multiple times to sort this out, but your chatbot hasn't been able to help.
Second, I was promised a gift credit when I signed up and never received it. I have the original promotional email confirming this offer and would like it applied to my account.
Can someone get back to me on both of these?
