I need to chat with a person about my internet usage. it has suddenly increased dramatically, and I don't know what has changed.

Thanks for reaching out to us, the best way to see your data usage is if you're using the Xfinity modem you can see each device and you can connect that device with a profile name that way you can monitor which devices online the most.

 

But as far as what device is using the most data or how the data is being used that would be information that we wouldn't be able to access to.

 

Also if you're not sure who's using the data it's always a good thing to change your Wi-Fi password name
