I have a question on the increase in my bill which none of the AI [Edited: Language] can address.  Is there a humban being I can speak with?

user_fj6nur Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. Please send a Direct Message with your full name and address so that we can look into the increase you mentioned. Here are instructions on how to send a DM incase you need them:

 Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
