Made a payment to xfinity but they said they couldn’t help me because I missed the payment of August 8th I have chatted and talked to so many people I might’ve talked to a wall my wife passed recently and I have a mountain of debt for her doctor hospital and nursing home so I’m sitting here with no tv and internet I have to be in a wheelchair because of the stroke thank you for reading this

Hello user_aylht3 thanks so much for taking time out of your day and reaching out here via our Xfinity Forums!

First and foremost, my condolences go out to you after hearing about your wife's passing and also the recent medical concerns. I'd like to take a closer look at the account to see what is going on. If you'd made a payment to satisfy any past-due amounts while you were in the hospital, then this should have restored services fairly quickly.

Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, clicking on the pen and paper icon, and then entering “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your name and address, and we can get started anytime.
