You mentioned that your account was hacked, can you tell me a little more about what happened. Has someone tried signing in to your account? Has someone attempted to make changes to your account? To help protect your account, we have the two-step verification methods. You get alerts when someone tries to sign in using your Xfinity log in, you are able to approve or deny the attempt.
