user_ohrwtz Hi there! Thanks for reaching out to us for help with saving the transcript from the chat. I know it's nice to keep a record of the chat details to reference when needed. During the chat there are three dots at the top right of the chat screen. When you click on those buttons you are given the option to email or print the chat transcript. Do you still have the chat open?
