Chat transcript
I was in chat support for three hours last night and requested to download the transcript but it didn’t work. I was sold a mobile plan after being told my phone would work with it, and then was told my phone was not compatible, and the order is “pending” so they were unable to cancel the order. I called originally to cancel Starz and that took an hour, and then was given more problems to have to deal with regarding this mobile kerfuffle. I want a transcript of the chat

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
