Chat Transcript
Does anyone know how I can get access to my chat transcript? I took screenshots and cannot find them (I have so many files on this computer). I also requested the transcript, and received this. Unfortunately, this link [Edited: "Personal Information"] doesn't work. Why provide access to the transcript that doesn't work? Will keep looking on my computer and phone, but until I can find it, would be nice to just access it through my account or the link I was provided that was supposed to provide me with a copy of the transcript.
