Chat transcript
In early November 2022, Xfinity agent convinced me to Take a phone line . So that they can reduce my internet bill. The chat agent told me , with phone line and internet would be only $43 . Then I took the service to reduce my bill . But Xfinity is charging me more $60 per month . None of the agents ( I called multiple times) couldn’t solve it .
today one agent told me, total charge will be $60 something for internet and $20+ for phone .
I didn’t need a phone . The chat agent lied to me to give me a phone line by saying my charge will be only $43 all together.
I have the chat ID and chat agent name and some screenshots of chat.
I am thinking of getting an attorney to sue/solve the issue since Xfinity lies to me .
How do I get full chat transcript ?. Can my attorney get the transcript?

Hello @user_a2a006. I am sad to hear about your experience with us, and I would like to look into this with you. If you did not delete the chat you had, you should have full access to it still. An attorney should be able to obtain them.
