Chat Support Lies about Credits and discounts
So, I recently switched from my personal modem to a XFi gateway. In the process I was promised a number of credits: Waived delivery fee, waived partial month charges, Contract discount for 12 months, Loyalty discount for 12 months, and a $40 credit for 2 consecutive months to balance out the contract discount that I had two months remaining.
All of this, I have in transcripts or screenshots. However, none of it was honored. It has taken me multiple chats and phone calls to even get the most minute credits, but I am still on the losing end.
Has anyone had this experience and it was rectified? Or did you just eat the cost and hate XFinity?

Final follow Up... these forums refused to help. Go to: https://www.reddit.com/r/Comcast_Xfinity/
and post there. They are far more helpful and responsive to what you need.
The reddit team put me in touch with the back office representative and they will rectify the solutions.
