Chat service

-It takes forever to reach a customer chat service

-The customer service people are hopeless and does not help at all. They do not know any of the information related to the questions asked by the customer

-One of the representative shared the home address of another customer from another state. It is not safe to have your personal information as these are leaked by the customer service representative to other customers

Overall, Xfinity customer service is pathetically poor, and I cancelled my internet connection today.
