Chat scam
I feel like I was just scammed by the chat. I was asking about weird data charged on our account and they kept pushing a once in a lifetime new deal. I had to go to work, they said they can email details. It was now or never and I had to fill out forms with my ssn. Never answered my questions and kept me on for 45 mins. Kept saying 5 more minutes. I would like to talk to an actual customer service person and get help.

It sounds like they may have been offering one or more of the promotions we have going on for Xfinity Mobile.
