Chat on Dec 6 now Acct Suspended?

Hi I chatted with you yesterday to move my pay arrangement to Dec 14, he told me my account wouldn’t be suspended, changed my plan and gave me a credit and now my account is suspended. He set up a payment for Dec 14. Why is my account suspended today?
