Chat isn't working anywhere

Just as the title says, whenever I try to use the chat function either on one of the apps or on the website, it either freezes, gives me an infinite loading screen, or says "bad gateway." It's been over 6 months.

The concern is not "accessibility / disability" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hey, @user_8944bc! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums! I apologize to hear that you are having issues with the chat function on the apps and your browser! Can you let us know more about what you have done in terms of troubleshooting? When it came to the apps were they uninstalled and reinstalled? When it comes to the browser, what browser are you using? If it's Chrome have you tried to use it while in incognito mode?
