Chat ends, problem never resloved
How are you ever supposed to resolve a problem using xfinity chat. You have to start over from the beginning each time they drop you from the chat. I have spent hours upon hours trying to resolve an issue and there never seems to be a resolution. I think the chat team just closes down a chat everytime they cant figure out what to do. There never seems to be a way to talk to someone on the phone because after you explain your issues over and over again, they tell you they will have a supervisor call you back. They never do. Why is this so? So very frustrating.

The biggest issue is each time you contact the chat, it seems they have no ability to see what has previously been done. Then it seems like they just start over, open a new order, or just drop the chat. You shouldn't have to stat over each time resulting in duplicate orders, mistakes to your account, and equipment being shipped to your house you didnt request. Then it is on you to figure out how to return this equipment or you get charged for it.
