CHAT AGENT NEVER AVAILABLE
The past few days I’ve been trying to access xfinity chat customer care. I have been in the hospital for over a month only to find out my internet bill wasn’t getting paid, now I have to play catch up, all I literally want to do is set a couple promise to pays for me to catch up and to have the equipment replacement charge removed since I still have my modem and obviously still want services. I keep getting the error “

Why can I not get through on chat?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
