Charging me for a month that I canceled and can't get help via DM
I cancelled before my last bill was due but I was charged for this month. I doubt anyone here can tell me how this happened, but I can't even find the phone number on this site. The bot doesn't help,ofc. The DM doesn't work. They wait 30 mins to an hour to respond to one question.
I am being charged for nothing and I need it to stop appearing on my bill.

@user_cjd161, thank you for your post! We can definitely look at your bill to see what is going on, and why you are still getting charged after cancelling your account. Since we already have an ongoing DM, I will message you there shortly.
