Hey there, @user_hjk8ko! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. That is certainly strange, did you previously have an account with us? Can you share brief details of what the charge reads with your financial institution? If you have not, I would recommend reporting the details to them too as charges that you were not aware of.
