Charges for services not needed or used!
Stop charging people for services they don't need, want or use (30+ TV channels, a broadcast fees, and a video service fee) just to have home internet access via wi-fi! The link that the call center emailed to me to cancel the TV stuff on plan worked, but the page froze and I could not take the service off (nor the broadcast fee and video services charges off of my account. Also, the email given on the Xfinity website for assistance (bbdisclosures@comcast.net) does not work! I ONLY need home internet service (no TV or streaming services as I never watch tv). Also, the reps (because I called twice) both had heavy Indian accents. I could barely understand them. I'm getting a quote from T-Mobile for my home internet services now because there is no way I should be paying $175 per month for services I never use! All I need is internet access. Smh
