Charged for TV box and remote I never had...for years. Refunded me 130 but have been charged over $450...

I've gone to stores where employees are restricted to give the correct credits because it looks bad on them...
Over the phone a supervisor told me even tho the amount i've been charged for exceeds $450+ I can only get $130 worth of credit on my account and going to any other store or customer service is practically a waste of time. I've had xfinity since 2018 and since then they've charged me for TV box and remote when I never received a tv box and remote.
They finally removed the tv box and remote yesterday but are unwilling to refund me the correct amount ive been charged for years.

update: coincidentally there's a policy that charges over 120 days cannot be disputed. suffice to say this is quite a scam.
