Charged for Service never had!!!
This is a scam.
In 2025 I had Internet and TV service with Xfinity by Comcast, I was offered a free mobile line for one year. I presented two different phone. I was told the phones were not compatible, therefore the line was never activated. Around March or April this year 2026, my account was charged, when I called to inquire I was told it was for my mobile service. I told them I do not have mobile service. They credited me for the charge, a month later I receive another notice they are unable to process my payment, This went on from March 2026 now September 2026… after more than dozen of calls to customer service, finally a representative told me that she cancelled my service once again. Service which I never subscribe to. It’s October 2026 I got an email saying my account is in collections for Xfinity/ mobile. This is absolutely a nightmare, whoever is managing this company should be ashamed of the service they’re providing.

Click "Sign In" (If necessary). Click the "Direct Messaging" Icon. Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the “To:” line, type "Xfinity Support". As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window. Press Enter to send it. How to: Direct Message Within The Forum.
