Charged for Mobile Service I Do Not Have

I have been charged for mobile service since DECEMBER 2024 for which I do not have. I was sent a phone, watch and iPad for which I do not use. I attempted to get the phone switched from Verizon to Xfinity but for five days I could not find anyone who could understand me, or I could understand them. Therefore, I switched back to Verizon, but I am still be billed for the service. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and was contacted by an individual from the corporate office in PA. I identified my problem, and he reassured me that he would find out what was going on and get back to be within the next three days. Guess what? I haven't heard anything from anyone. This is nothing more that harassment and I am on the verge of filing a lawsuit if something isn't done ASAP.
