Charged for Equipment that I don't have - AGAIN (8 Months now)
I had a technician come out and upgrade al my equipment back in Feb 2020 it's Sep 2020 now and I'm still being billed for equipment that he removed. I have called, talked emailed and chatted with dozens of Customer Support Reps and even an Executive Account rep, and this equip is STILL on my Oct 2020 bill. I'm absolutely fed up spending 8+ hours on the phone every single month trying to get this equipment removed. Who do I contact to remove this DVR that is no longer in my possession?
