Charged double fees.

My service was just installed 2/12. I understood there was a $100 installation fee. I see my credit card was charged $50 on 2/9 and a pending charge of $50 for 2/10. My first bill includes another $50 on top of my standard charge. I was never given the option to waive a deposit. My credit score is over 800. Help
