CHARGED $25 FOR INACTIVE EQUIPMENT FOR 29 MONTHS STRAIGHT AND THEY WONT STOP, WONT PAY TIL ITS FIXED
I returned the equipment (modem, TV box and DVR,) back in 2018, yet I was getting charged $25 x 29 months straight. I asked many times and called many times yet it was never fixed. I will not pay another dollar until it is fixed or go with a competitor despite the slower speed. I was deployed and my wife didn’t realize the over charges I am sick of Comcast doing this. Please help me, I am ready to give up on this. I switched from TV+Internet to just Internet yet they were charging me all the fees for triple play at its max with all the franchise, broadcast and so on. $1200 of overcharges over the last two and a half years. PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN.
