user_tqix2g Hi there! Thanks for reaching out to my team here on our Xfinity Forums for help with the account. I'm sorry to read that the rates have increased. I know it can come as a surprise if you don't notice upcoming charges on the statement. 

I have a feeling that a promotion ended causing the increase. If you look at page three of your statement do you see details of a promotion under the monthly rate?
