I see that I was charged $10.00 for going over data in August 2020 but I do not see a credit if I do not use all my data. Why does it not roll over? And how am I to know exactly how much data is being used?

You can log into to your Comcast account to see how much you have used so far this month and the previous 5 months. While you're in there you might make sure that it is set to send alerts to an email address that you actually use, because they do email an alert when you get close. (By default, they send to your Comcast email address but some people never look at that.)
