channels missing that are paid for

I noticed tonight ( 4/17/2025) that several channels are missing that we pay for. No changed have been made to plan and all worked earlier in the day yesterday.

What channels are you missing?

Have you had the chance to review your channels lineup and confirm those channels are part of your lineup?

On your Xfinity bill using the Xfinity app you can see the name of your channel lineup.

Are you seeing any error messages or error codes when you tune to those channels? 

Are you watching through your cable box or are you streaming using the Xfinity Stream app to watch TV?

all premium channels...all mgm+ channels, all paramount+ channels, all starz channels, all hbo channels, all TMC channels...and all affiliated with package...we've been paying for them for quite some time now...they were on on the 16th and all of a sudden gone and stating we need a subscription ( which we already pay for )

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
