To help troubleshoot, could you tell me a bit more about what's happening?

  • What kind of TV service do you have (cable, satellite, streaming, etc.)?
  • What device are you using to try and change channels (e.g., a set-top box, a smart TV remote, a streaming device remote)?
  • Are you getting any error messages on your screen?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps already, like restarting your equipment?
