Good evening, user_6lt77x! Thanks for reaching out about the channels you are seeing for HBO. We are happy to help! Are you being redirected to channel 801 when you try to click on 550 or are you seeing that in the Guide? Looking at the channel lineup for your area the station is on both channels but 550 should work as it always has.
